Those 2 areas vary in the level of economic growth. Poland A is half of
Poland which is more economically developed and develops faster. Poland B is less developed and is structurally weaker generally. Obviously, this theory did not come out of nowhere. It has its roots in Polish history. The genesis is traced in times of the partitions, when provinces annexed by Prussia were much more developed than lands annexed by Austria and Russia.

opportunities for faster development of Poland B. For instance, in 2007, the Operational Programme called “Development of Eastern Poland” were implemented.
Money from that program are intended to help and stimulate development of Poland B. The local authorities do everything they can to effectively spend available funds and opportunitieschances it creates. Czarna Bialostocka could be a nice example. That is a town located in Podlaskie voivodeship. That is rather small - in 2013 the city had 9671 inhabitants.
In 2012 the action of constructing the Podlaski Industrial Park in Czarna Bialostocka has begun.
